1. Promoters

1.1 The promoters are TJJM Investments Pty Ltd trading as mnstrkids (ABN 29 694 527 592) of 15/59-63 Captain Cook Drive, Caringbah NSW 2228 (Munster Kids) and Seasave Pty Ltd trading as The Surfboard Agency, owner of Mick Fanning Softboards (ABN 25 157 696 823) of 1/58 Centennial Circuit, Byron Bay NSW 2481 (MF Softboards), together the Promoters.

1.2 Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these terms. By entering, entrants accept these terms.

2. Promotional period

2.1 The promotion opens on Friday 23 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Wednesday 11 November 2026 (Promotional Period). Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open worldwide to people aged 18 years or over (or the age of majority where they live, if higher), except where this promotion is prohibited or restricted by law.

3.2 Employees of the Promoters and their immediate families, and of any agency or company involved in this promotion, are not eligible.

4. How to enter

4.1 To enter, visit mnstrkids.com/pages/mnstrxmf-giveaway during the Promotional Period and submit your first name and email address through the entry form. Providing a mobile number is optional and does not affect your entry or your chance of winning.

4.2 Submitting the entry form means you agree to receive marketing emails from both Munster Kids and MF Softboards (see clause 9).

4.3 Limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be counted as one entry. Existing Munster Kids or MF Softboards subscribers are eligible to enter.

4.4 The Promoters may disqualify entries they reasonably believe are fraudulent, automated, or made in breach of these terms.

4.5 Commenting on, sharing or tagging others in social media posts about this promotion does not count as an entry. The only way to enter is through the form in clause 4.1.

5. Prizes

5.1 There is one winner, who will receive:

• one Munster Kids gift voucher valued at AUD $1,000 (incl. GST), redeemable online at mnstrkids.com, valid for 3 years from the date of issue; and
• one MF Softboards Twin Town Super Soft Soy FCSII 7'0 softboard, RRP AUD $625 (incl. GST).

5.2 Total prize pool is valued at AUD $1,625 (incl. GST).

5.3 The softboard will be delivered free of charge to the address nominated by the winner, anywhere in the world. The winner is responsible for any import duties or taxes charged in their country. Colour is subject to availability.

5.4 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoters may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Draw and winner notification

6.1 The winner will be drawn at random at 15/59-63 Captain Cook Drive, Caringbah NSW 2228 at 6:00pm AEDT on Thursday 12 November 2026 using a random number generator.

6.2 The winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw, and their first name and state will be published on mnstrkids.com and the Munster Kids Instagram account by Thursday 19 November 2026.

6.3 The winner must claim the prize by replying to the notification email within 14 days.

7. Unclaimed prize

7.1 If the prize is not claimed by 6:00pm AEDT on Thursday 26 November 2026, a redraw will take place at the same location at 6:00pm AEDT on Friday 27 November 2026. The redraw winner will be notified by email within two business days and published as in clause 6.2.

8. Liability

8.1 Nothing in these terms limits any rights an entrant has under the Australian Consumer Law.

8.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters are not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion or from accepting or using a prize, except where caused by the Promoters' negligence.

8.3 Surfing carries inherent risk. The winner is responsible for using the softboard safely and supervising any children using it.

8.4 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta or any other social platform.

9. Privacy and marketing consent

9.1 Entrants' personal information (name, email address and, if provided, mobile number) is collected by Munster Kids and shared with MF Softboards. It will be used to run this promotion and, as entrants agree when they enter, to send them marketing emails from both Promoters. Mobile numbers are only shared with MF Softboards for entrants who tick the separate, optional SMS consent box. The Promoters will only send marketing text messages to entrants who tick that box.

9.2 Each Promoter manages its own mailing list. Entrants can unsubscribe from either Promoter at any time using the link in that Promoter's emails. Unsubscribing from one Promoter does not unsubscribe the entrant from the other.

9.3 Personal information is handled under each Promoter's privacy policy: Munster Kids mnstrkids.com/pages/privacy and MF Softboards mickfanningsoftboards.com/pages/privacy. These explain how to access or correct personal information, or make a complaint.

9.4 If an entrant does not provide the requested information, their entry cannot be accepted.
